All those hours my sister and I spent, so many years ago, braiding our baby dolls hair has finally paid off…
My little princess enjoys getting her hair braided…
But watch out this princess, in her pretty, pink, princess dress, carries!
Looks can be so deceiving!
i have never learned to french braid...i wish you could teach me!
ReplyDeleteit is so pretty and my girls would love it too.
Oh Jenn, They are so precious.Good job on the braids! Hope you have a great day! Blessings, Faye
ReplyDeleteLove those braids! I want to eat her up! Can't wait until Lydia's hair is long enough to do that!
ReplyDeleteAwwwww, sweet. I used to braid my daughters hair like this. She laughed when she was older and said that many of her classmates thought she was oriental because I pulled her hair up so tightly into the braid. Yep, my little sweet bug could hold her own with her big bro!
ReplyDeleteYou have a marvelously blessed weekend!!!
yup!! we did this too (except that I had so many sister's to practice on -5, all younger then me). Before we fell in love with french braids, I can remember HATING when our Mother used to try these on us girls. She would pull her hair SO TIGHTLY that after she was done, we would (at least I would do this) run to the other run (with a mirror) and pull it out some around the face just so that it would "look better" - adding some waves to the hair (and water), by throwing a few dagers ourselves with words and looks... our poor Mother.
ReplyDeleteI can now relate (just a bit) since my daughter refuses to keep a barrette in her hair. Tell Lauren I need some hints on how "little girls" like to get all dolled up. She sure is pretty.
Great job on the braids! The 2nd photo cracks me up! :)
ReplyDeleteLOL! Definitely a girl with big brothers!
ReplyDeleteReminds me of Little House on the Prairie. Her braids look like half-pints!
ReplyDeleteAw Jenn she's really getting big.
ReplyDeleteMadi is the same way...girlie yet into boyish things as well. She's just adorable!!
Hahahaha!!! I laughed out loud at that 2nd photo, priceless!!
ReplyDeleteYa get lost in that grin... those eyes... and then BAM!! The Black KNIFE!!!!
ReplyDeleteStill a cutie tho! :)
I can't wait until Evie's hair is long enough to braid! And she cracks me up in that second picture!
ReplyDeleteOh, I remember when my daughter was this age. We got her a princess dress up set for Christmas. She played with them nearly everyday until she outgrew them.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the comment and following my blog. :)
