With summer comes bounty!
And a momma busy with picking and preserving.
And beauty gazing.
With garden work and gleaning.
And most importantly seeing my girl enjoy simple pleasures such as “Smallberries” (mulberries).
Thank you, Lord!

Yum! Thanks for the lettuce. We had some for dinner tonight! Last week I was able to get a batch of raspberry jam and sour cherry jam in the freezer. I also made 12+ mini slab pies out of the rest of the sour cherries. I can't wait to pull one out mid-December and enjoy the taste of summer!
